We know you are excited to get your beautiful new items from The Secret Garden! And we are excited for you to get them so we will try to ship most items within 2 business days but can't make an absolute guarantee of this so our policy is 3-5 business days. Should you need to get your pretties faster than that, please call 352-735-9000 and ask for our Shipping Department. We will price out faster options for you to choose from.
We use USPS for shipping and the following charges apply:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at 352-735-9000 within 5 days of receiving your order and ask for our Returns Dept to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will ask for your email address if we don't already have it so we can send you the RA# and Return Form. Please write the RA# on your Return Form and on the outside of the package. Please postmark and ship your return with the original sales receipt within 5 business days from the date your order was delivered. ALL LACE PIECES need to be inspected immediately upon arrival and any flaws need to be reported within 24 hours by phone due to the fragile nature of the items.
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Final Sale or Marked Down merchandise
* Items purchased at our brick and mortar location in Mount Dora, FL
* Special orders or custom made items
Returns received back to us within the 10 business day window are eligible for immediate exchange or store credit.
Items received outside the 10 business day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days. The store credit will be issued as soon as your order is received and processed.
The Secret Garden does not offer return shipping services at this time. Please ship your return with the carrier of your choice and ensure that it is insured and trackable. The Secret Garden is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we ship an item in error or if it arrives damaged.
If an item is returned for an exchange that initially received free shipping, the shipping charge may be deducted from the credit total.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received; unworn, unaltered, unlaundered, and with tags still attached. If we deem them to have been, we will not exchange nor store credit the items. Items will be sent back to you at your cost upon request. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that do not fit the above qualifications.
