Inventory Availability:

A number of our products are one of a kind or limited quantity and are available for sale in our Florida Store. There is a slight chance that your item ordered might be being purchased in the store or online by another customer at the same time. We will certainly notify you if this occurs and apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

 
Damages:

Should you receive an item that is damaged, we sincerely apologize as we try to thoroughly look over all of our items upon arrival.  Occasionally though, we miss something.

Please contact us at 352-735-9200 within 5 business days of your receipt of the goods so that we can make arrangements for repair or replacement. Items that have been previously worn are not eligible for replacement or repair.  We will ask for your email address if we don't already have it so we can send you the RA# and Return Form. Please write the RA# on your Return Form and on the outside of the package. Please postmark and ship your return with the original sales receipt within 5 business days from the date your order was delivered. ALL LACE PIECES need to be inspected immediately upon arrival and any flaws need to be reported within 24 hours by phone due to the fragile nature of the items. 

We will reimburse you the return shipping charges due to the item being damaged.  

 

Sales Taxes

State and Local laws require us to collect and remit State sales/use tax on orders shipped from our Florida Store to any Florida shipping destination.
